I’m Ange Wilson, an award-winning, Chartered communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience across strategic communications, PR, engagement and reputation management.

I work with organisations on a consultancy, interim and fractional basis, providing senior communications support that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery.

My experience spans corporate communications, NHS and healthcare, local government, innovation and technology, not-for-profit and startup and scaleup businesses, helping organisations navigate change, engage stakeholders and communicate with greater clarity and confidence.

I believe good communications should be clear, credible and grounded in genuine understanding of the people you are trying to reach, not assumptions, jargon or communications for communications’ sake.

Strategic when needed. Hands-on when it matters

I’m as comfortable supporting and advising senior leaders with communications strategy and stakeholder management as I am delivering campaigns, developing content or managing communications teams and activity during busy or high-pressure periods.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating communications. My approach is thoughtful, practical and grounded in real organisational priorities helping organisations communicate more clearly, consistently and effectively.
